When mixed with water, it creates a beautifully bright purple, fragrant and stretchy jelly that's perfect as a stand-alone dessert, part of layered sundaes or part of cake creations.

Preparation instructions:

Empty the contents of the bag into a bowl.
Pour 240 ml boiling water over the contents and stir for about 2 minutes until the powder is completely dissolved.
Add 240 ml of cold water and stir.
Pour into bowls or moulds.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours until the jelly has set.
