The purpose of this document is to set out the complete and accurate rules of the "Win 2 Platinum Travis Scott Concert Tickets with The Candy Store" promotion (the "Promotion" and/or the "Competition") for the Czech Republic (the "Rules").

1. EVENT ORGANIZER, EVENT ORGANIZER, TECHNICAL PARTNER OF THE EVENT
The organizer of the event is Full Care s.r.o., ID No.: 27254011, with its registered office at Prague 2 - Vinohrady, Londýnská 309/81, Postal Code 120 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 107917 (hereinafter also referred to as the "organizer").

2. TIME AND PLACE OF THE EVENT, COMPETITION PRODUCTS, POINTS
1) The Event will take place between 17.06.2024 00:00:01 and 14.07.2024 23:59:59 (the "Event Period"). The Promotion takes place on the territory of the Czech Republic through purchases in brick-and-mortar stores and on the e-shop available on the website www.candy-store.cz

The Contestant can only participate by meeting the purchase conditions and agreeing to the processing of personal data.

The event will run for 28 competition days, corresponding to 28 calendar days.

3. PARTICIPANTS IN THE EVENT, HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT
1) The event is open to any natural person with a mailing address in the Czech Republic who meets the following conditions:
a) purchase products in store
b) purchase products on the e-shop www.candy-store.cz
c) sends a photo with a receipt or online invoice, sends it to the e-mail address: travisscott@candy-store.cz
("Entrant" or "Contestant").

2) Persons who are in an employment or other similar relationship with the organizer, organizer, technical administrator and/or companies involved in the preparation and organization of the event may not participate in the event.

4. PRIZES AND HOW THEY ARE DETERMINED AND DELIVERED
1) There is a total of 1 prize for winners from the Czech Republic, which runs from 17.06.2024 00:00:01 to 14.07.2024 23:59:59.
2) The prize is based on a random draw.
3) The following prize is included in the promotion: 2x Platinum tickets to Travis Scott's concert on 18.07.2024 in Prague's O2 arena.

The main prize draw will take place on 15.07.2024.

5. COMMUNICATION WITH WINNERS
1) Any competitor who wins must follow the instructions of the competition organiser. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18, the winner's legal guardian must follow the instructions. The winner or the sender is not entitled to disclose information about a third party or to communicate on behalf of a third party or to claim the prize as a third party. In this case, it is a violation of these rules of the event and the winner and sender will be excluded from the contest.

2) The transfer of the prize will take place after the winner or his/her legal representative has been informed by informed consent of all rights relating to the winners' personal data, which the winners will provide to the Promoter for the purpose of transferring the prize.

6. METHOD OF DELIVERY OF PRIZES
1) The prize will be sent via contact email, no later than the day of the draw, i.e. 15.07.2024.

2) The winner or the winner's legal representative is obliged to provide all required information correctly and completely, otherwise the organizer cannot guarantee the delivery of the prize. In the event that the winner provides an incorrect address, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or misdelivery of the parcel and is not obliged to provide a replacement in the form of a new prize or cash payment.

3) Entrants are not entitled to claim monetary benefits in exchange for prizes in the Promotion or to claim any benefits other than those set out in these Rules. Neither participation in the Promotion nor prizes can be enforced by legal action.

4) The prize is non-transferable to another person, the exception is the acceptance of the prize by the legal representative, see above. Prizes are not for sale, in the event of any misuse of prizes, the participant will be excluded from further participation in the competition.

7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1) The personal data of the participants or their legal representatives within the scope of the above will be processed by the organizer, as the personal data controller, on the basis of the consent given by the winners (or their legal representatives) when confirming their claim to the prize.

2) This consent to the processing of personal data is given freely, voluntarily, unconditionally and informedly by the participant or the participant's legal representative after having read the above information on the processing of personal data.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS
1) A participant will be excluded from the event if the organiser or promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that there has been fraudulent or unfair conduct on the part of any participant or any other person who has assisted the participant in obtaining the prize, or conduct that is not in accordance with the rules of fair play or the rules of this event.

2) Entrants are not entitled to cash prize refunds or other compensation.

9. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANISER, OTHER PROVISIONS
1) The Organiser reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion on all matters relating to the event.

2) The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, postpone, interrupt, alter or cancel the event in any way without any compensation for reasons of special consideration throughout the duration of the event by announcing the change on the website www.candy-store.cz

3) The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects in the prize or for any damage that participants may suffer in the course of the prize draw. The Promoter hereby assumes no other obligations to the participants of the event and they are not entitled to any benefits from the Promoter other than those set out in these rules.

4) The organizer and the event organizer shall not be liable for any damages incurred in connection with incorrect data provided by the participant or in connection with the non-application, non-collection, non-acceptance, waiver or non-use of the prize.

5) Excerpts from these full Rules or abbreviated rules of the Event as set out on advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of the Event. These full Rules are the only legally binding document for the Event.

6) Full rules for this event are available at www.candy-store.cz. All participants are bound by these rules.

7) Other relations not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
